Here we are again: Hello Pre-Holiday Survival Mode!

One year has passed since I shared my guide on how to survive the pre-holiday season in Switzerland, and it's still just as relevant and needed today.

As we approach the end of the school year and the summer holiday break, the pressure is on once again. The calendar fills up with concerts, theater performances, and extra crafting activities, all expecting contributions from school-kids.

In the corporate world, the rush to close as many projects as possible before the well-deserved holiday break mirrors this frenzy, adding another layer of stress to parents’ shoulders...

While I understand the enthusiasm behind these events and deadlines, I can’t help but wish for a different approach.

👉 Why not host concerts and performances on random dates throughout the year, unrelated to any public or school holidays?

👉 Why not celebrate the end of the school year in a more intimate setting during regular hours?

👉 And why wait until the holiday season to tackle tasks with such urgency?

During these hectic times, it's crucial to have effective tools and strategies to manage stress. For me, techniques like Hypnosis and Breathwork have been incredibly powerful in maintaining balance and achieving goals with ease.
